BUSINESS ATTIRE

For women, business formal means wearing dress pants or a skirt with a matching blazer. Jackets can be 34 inches long or short-sleeved, depending on the season. A crop pantsuit is also appropriate, but the pant hem should reach mid-calf, and this design is not advised for an interview. Skirts should be worn at or slightly above the knee at all times. It’s best to wear a collared shirt or a top made of dressy material that may be folded in or falls just below the waistline.

Tops should never be placed below the suit jacket, nor should they have been too short as it reveals your stomach. Dressing appropriately allows anyone to stand out from the crowd and serve as a role model for others—corporate attire aids in the installation of happy and constructive company culture.
